About the Workshop
Welcome to the Special Workshop on "AI-Driven Multi-Omics Data Integration for Human Disease Mechanisms and Precision Medicine", held in conjunction with the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine (IEEE BIBM 2026).
The IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine (BIBM) has established itself as the premier research conference in bioinformatics and biomedicine. This year's workshop focuses on leveraging state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to bridge the gap between high-dimensional multi-omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics) and their translation into clinical precision medicine.
We invite researchers from computer science, biology, medicine, mathematics, and statistics to submit original, high-quality research papers addressing computational solutions for uncovering complex human disease mechanisms.
